How many passengers make a group?
A group is usually 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight and date. For fewer than 10 passengers you can book directly on our website, and we are happy to help by phone.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We usually send a quote the same or the next business day. We compare group fares from several airlines and send you the best options.
Do I need to send passenger names right away?
No. Seats are reserved for the group and names can be sent later, before ticketing. The exact name deadline depends on the airline and is stated in the quote.
How do I pay for group tickets?
A deposit confirms the seats and the balance is paid before ticketing – in instalments or at once. You can pay by bank transfer in euros (SEPA / SWIFT) or by card.
Is the quoted fare guaranteed?
The fare is valid until the deadline stated in the quote. Once confirmed and the deposit is paid, the fare is locked according to the airline's conditions.
What if the number of passengers changes?
Most airlines allow the group to be reduced by a certain number of passengers before a set deadline. Extra passengers are added subject to availability. All conditions are clearly stated in the quote.
Is baggage included?
It depends on the fare and the airline. The quote always states the included cabin and checked baggage, and we can add sports equipment, instruments and extra bags.
Can you issue a proforma and invoice to a company or school?
Yes. We issue proforma invoices and invoices to companies, schools, clubs and associations with all the details needed for accounting.
